Both the cottage and main house are listed as being of national special architectural and historic interest. The cottage is located in a conservation area and is convenient for the town's facilities only 3 minutes walk away, but is only 4 minutes walk from the surrounding countryside which is ideal for walking, fishing, mountain biking, pony trekking, etc. | ||
