Sleeps 7-9+cot in 4 bedrooms
An attractive Victorian house with spacious farmhouse kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and TV. Living room with open fire. TV and DVD.
Also on the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with a double and single bed, and a bathroom with shower and wc.
Upstairs are three further bedrooms; one double, and two bedrooms each with two single beds. All rooms enjoy lovely views from the windows. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
Outside to the front of the house is a private walled terrace with garden furniture.
The Farmhouse and Lake View Cottage are adjoining and may be combined to sleep 18 with dining for all 18 guests.
Sleeps 7-9 + cot in 3 ensuite bedrooms
This 16th Century cottage has the original cruck beams and bread oven. Spacious living room with woodburner, TV and DVD. Lovely farmhouse kitchen fully equipped inlcluding dishwasher. Lobby area with washing machine and dryer. Downstairs wc.
Upstairs to three bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. One double bedroom and ensuite shower room, one with two singles and ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and one family room with a double, a single and bunk beds with ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Walled garden area with furniture outside the front of the cottage.
Can be combined with The Farmhouse to sleep 18.
Sleeps 2-4 in 1 bedroom each
These two cottages, Stable Lodge One and Stable Lodge Two are on two levels, converted from attractive barns.
Both have a ground floor bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with WC and shower.
Stable Lodge One has either a king or two single beds while Stable Lodge Two has a double bed. Each has a sofa bed in the living room.
Upstairs each living room take advantage of the fabulous view across the Culm Valley. Each cottage has a well equipped kitchen including an electric cooker and microwave, dining area and living area with TV and DVD player.
Sleeps 1-2 in an open plan studio
The Hayloft is a delighful open plan studio - perfect for a single or a couple. The large living space encompasses a seating area, TV and DVD, dining area, fitted kitchen and bedroom area.
The ensuite bathroom contains a WC, bath and shower. Outside is a private terrace with table and chairs.
Sleeps 6+cot in 3 bedrooms
Willow Tree a new eco lodge has been specifically designed to offer easy accessibility for all.
Open plan kitchen and dining area fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. Spacious living room with TV and DVD, glazed doors to a large decking area with garden furniture.
Bedroom One offers either a kingsize double or two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with level access shower. Fully wheelchair accessible. Bedroom Two has either a king size or two single beds. Bedroom Three has twin beds.
The Family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.
Willow Tree has a private entrance and parking with level access to the cottage.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. Attractive open plan living room and dining area with wood burner look out over the valley.
Also on the ground floor are a bedroom with double bed and a WC.
Upstairs, the four further bedrooms are two with double beds, one with two singles and one with a king-size or two single bed option. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is also a family bathroom.
Outside, the south facing terrace with furniture to the front of the barn presents splendid country views and is a great place to relax.
The Carthouse is the one cottage at West Pitt Farm which is pet free.
