Two self contained cottages in a remote forested Highland location. Jonna's and The Farm House can both accommodate groups of 4. Both can be hired separately, or together for the larger groups. These cottages provide a peaceful retreat whilst still being within easy reach of village amenities.



		Jonna's Cottage - sleeps 4 in two en-suite bedrooms A comfortable traditional 2 storey cottage with a very light and open feel. All doors and woodwork left in a natural finish, the lounge is south facing with the private decking area benefiting from sunlight from morning to eve with a degree of privacy. Ground floor: The kitchen is airy and open plan to the dining room. The lounge, with wood burning stove and Sky TV, offers double aspect views with patio doors leading to a decking area overlooking our private lochan. There is also a shower room and sauna downstairs. First floor: master double bedroom with en suite and a twin/double also with en suite. Additional sofa beds for children and a cot is available by arrangement.


		Wester Lix Farmhouse - sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms This is the original farmhouse for Wester Lix Farm dating back 200 years. This very spacious 2 bedroom stone cottage, recently fully refurbished, provides a high level of comfort for 4. The ground floor consists of a double aspect lounge with wood burning stove and Sky TV, a large dining room leading into a spacious kitchen plus a utility room with washing machine and freezer, and a downstairs wc. Also a shower room and sauna downstairs. Upstairs there is an extremely spacious master double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a family bathroom. Additional beds or a cot can be made available for younger guests by arrangement.

	The region offers an abundance of hill walking for exercise, with the added bonus of spectacular views. For the more energetic Ben Lawers is only 20 mins drive away and with a summit of 3983ft offers a very rewarding stroll up from the nature centre car park. Ben More is equally close and the stunning Glen Coe area with its many challenging peaks is under 40 mins drive away towards Fort William. Just two hours from Glasgow and Edinburgh. Killin village offers a varied range of shops, restaurants and pubs and a choice of grocery stores and utility outlets.
