Werngochlyn Farm is steeped in tradition, dating back to the 12th
Century, in a glorious setting amidst rolling farmland with the
impressive Skirrid Mountain as a backdrop. It now provides superior
self catering accommodation with excellent facilities including a
heated indoor swimming pool, games room and
a BHS Approved Riding School on the farm - with plenty of room to
barbeque or sit out
Werngochlyn Farm’s four self catering cottages are perfect for family
holidays and ideal for children. These tastefully converted original
stone farm buildings are set around the farmyard.
All
have retained the character of the original buildings with revealed
stone walls and beams - all cosy enough for a winter break and cool in
the summer. Every kitchen provides a microwave as well as full size
oven and all (except Cowshed Cottage) have dishwashers. Each bathroom
contains a bath as well as a shower.
There is a laundry room for guests to use. |

This area of Wales is renowned for its spectacular beauty and is an
ideal base to visit the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains, Forest of
Dean and the Wye Valley with a host of historic buildings and places
of interest to visit nearby.
The
busy market town of Abergavenny is just 3 miles away. The farm is only
1/2 mile away from an 18 hole Golf Course and Falconry Centre. Three
footpaths run from the farm itself and there are lots of animals to
befriend making it a paradise for children!
