	Warren Bank Cottage From the moment you step inside this delightful self catering cottage, you will feel completely at home. Here you can surround yourself with comfort, charm and everything you need for a carefree stay. The cottage lies in a peaceful residential setting just a 10 minute or so walk away from the market town of Brampton. Warren Bank Cottage can sleep up to four visitors. Children are welcome and your dog can come too.

	Downstairs there is a sitting room with open fire, dining room with multi-fuel stove and to make the practical side of your holiday as easy as possible, an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. In one bedroom, there is a large double bed and in the other twin beds - all dressed with soft cotton linen. In both bedrooms, a hair drier, radio, magazines and books are there for your enjoyment. Around the cottage you will find an assortment of accessories for both personal and practical use, along with plenty of linen, towels and toiletries.

	The garden is enclosed by a high stone wall and panelled fencing and is peaceful, sheltered and sunny with garden furniture and a barbecue - perfect for dining alfresco on a warm summer's day.

	The Cottage is perfectly located for those who wish to venture forth and explore the Scottish Borders, the Lake District, the beautiful County of Northumberland, the North Pennines and the Eden Valley - all can easily be reached within a 30-60 minute drive and are accessible by public transport. Brampton lies ten miles east of the Border City of Carlisle and just 2 miles from Hadrian's Wall. Many local walks can be enjoyed and the area is a haven for wildlife. Outdoor pursuits are plentiful including golf, riding, fishing and sailing. Good shopping, entertainment and cultural venues are within easy reach.
