	A delightful Grade I listed historic 17th century manor house with panelled rooms, magnificent staircases and pretty gardens. This impressive unspoilt mansion is surrounded by a 400 acre estate of farm and woodland with sweeping views to the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons.

	Interior

	Ground floor: Dining room: A lofty room 19 X 24 ft with Victorian wallpaper, oak panelling, shuttered windows and a wood burning stove. A 13ft refectory table seats 16 comfortably with an additional table for extra guests. Banqueting Hall: This great hall, 34 X 21 ft has been restored to its former glory and contains facilities for pool and table tennis. The Oak Room: An oak panelled room with open fireplace and plasterwork ceiling ideal for parties Kitchen: A warm friendly room with a six burner gas cooker, four ring electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a larder fridge. Scullery: Contains washing machine, fridge freezer and WC. Nursery: Now furnished as a small sitting room, with a colour TV, DVD, video. First floor: Long Drawing Room: A 34 X 21 ft room with glorious views of the surrounding countryside featuring a grand piano and a huge open fireplace.
