Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms
Attached to Mill Cottage, the front door opens into the hallway with 3 bedrooms (2 en-suite doubles and a twin) and house bathroom. Upstairs the staircase separates the kitchen from the dining/lounge area.
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is a large dining table and six chairs, with 2 large sofas in the lounge area, which has colour TV and Video.
The whole room has wooden flooring throughout and patio doors which open on to a balcony, giving wonderful open views towards Fylingthorpe and Robin Hood's Bay.
The property is all inclusive except for towels.

Orchard Cottage has many original features, with beamed ceilings and timbered trusses.
It is centrally heated, with a spacious lounge containing TV with Sky Freeview, DVD and video, electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. All bedrooms have their own washbasins.
On the ground floor is a spacious lounge, dining kitchen, luxury bathroom with shower. One double and one twin bedroom on the first floor.
Outside there is a large private garden with barbeque facilities

The cottages have their own large private gardens with barbeque facilities and there is plenty of parking. There are many local pubs and restaurants within easy reach.
Local area
South House Farm at Boggle Hole is ideally placed between Whitby, Scarborough and the coastal side of the North York Moors, with attractions to suit all tastes. York, Castle Howard, Flamingo Land and the Steam Railway are all within easy reach.

Sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom
The Cottage is situated at the top of the farmyard, converted from a redundant stone building.
An open plan layout, comprising a kitchen, dining area and lounge area, with wooden floors throughout. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric cooker and microwave with table and chairs under the window.
The lounge area has a 2 seater settee and chair, colour TV and Video. The staircase leads onto a galleried bedroom 6'0 double bed. This room has 3 Velux sky lights.
There is a lovely bathroom with shower over the bath.
No pets, or smoking allowed. Travel cot is available.
