Steeped in history, Serafina barn is certainly not stuck in the past but seamlessly blends rural life with all the comforts of modern living, making it the perfect destination for that well deserved break.

Interior
With five bedrooms, three bathrooms, expansive communal rooms, and set in 3/4 acre of grounds, Serafina Barn offers a luxurious and relaxing stay. Each and every room has been finished to the very highest standards.

The ground floor comprises the open plan living and dining areas. The dining area can seat up to 14 guests - making it ideal for celebratory dinners for family and friends. Adjacent to the dining area is the playroom which features a flat screen TV and Playstation 2. The expansive living room boasts relaxed seating and a 50” flat screen TV for relaxed entertaining, with a wood-burning stove for the winter.  Additionally, the family room is ideal for playing board games, the piano or relaxing with a good book. 

The kitchen is an impressive size with an informal eating area, oak and granite work surfaces and quality, top of the range fittings. Fully equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave it also includes extras like a bread-maker and fruit juicer.

The laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 freezers and an additional fridge.

Wireless broadband is available throughout the property.

Upstairs Serafina comfortably sleeps 10 adult guests and 4 children in the 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are master bedrooms with en-suites. Two Babydan cots, with breathable mattresses and 2 Z-beds are available. There is also a large family bathroom. 

The Lodge, a self contained apartment for two above the garage block with an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, bathroom and double bedroom, can be hired alongside Serafina Barn to offer further space and flexibility for larger groups.

Outside
Surrounded by open countryside and farms, Serafina is an ideal place for a relaxing break. Set in around 3/4 of an acre, the many seating areas provide places to relax. Enjoy a barbeque or play games in the garden.   

Local area
Guests may walk up to the surrounding fields to see sheep and neighbours' chickens or go up to the woods to enjoy the views.

Located in the quiet rural hamlet of Brierley, just outside Leominster in Herefordshire, Serafina is central for both the Cathedral city of Hereford, with its Mappa Mundi Exhibition, and Ludlow – the renowned 'foodie' haven – just 15 minutes away. There are some excellent pubs and restaurants in the surrounding areas.

Leominster has shops, pubs, restaurants and banks. A short drive away through open English countryside are the famous Black and White villages including Weobley.

The area is steeped in history in a rolling landscape. Nearby are the book town of Hay-on-Wye, Ledbury, the Malvern Hills, local Cider producers, golf courses, several National Trust Properties, Horse racing courses and Offas Dyke to name but a few of the things to see and do during your stay.
