Serafina Cottage  is new for 2008 - a luxury contemporary styled barn conversion. This most attractive 19th Century character cottage adjoins a Grade II listed barn, dating back to the 17th Century. The cottage has been recently sympathetically converted to provide lovely self catering family holiday accommodation. Steeped in history, it is certainly not stuck in the past but seamlessly blends rural life with all the comforts of modern living, making it the perfect destination for that well deserved break.

The ground floor is an inviting open plan space complemented by a wealth of original beams and warmed by under-floor heating. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. In the lounge are relaxing leather sofas, a widescreen TV and DVD player.

Upstairs the two spacious bedrooms and bathroom are all warmed by under-floor heating. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with the second bedroom having twin beds and large wardrobe.

The beautiful bathroom, with high quality fittings, makes the perfect place for a quick shower before the day’s activities or a relaxing soak at the end of them. All linen and towels are provided along with complimentary L'Occitane toiletries in the luxury bathroom.

For the younger ones we can include a family package to help make travelling that little bit easier and lighter! This includes cots, booster seats, stair gate, plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, toy box and a selection of DVD's.

Wireless broadband can also be provided.

A copy of the local newspaper along with tea, coffee and milk will be awaiting your arrival.

Serafina Cottage is located in the quiet rural hamlet of Brierley, just outside Leominster in Herefordshire. Leominster has shops, pubs, restaurants and banks. A short drive away lay the famous Black and White villages including Weobley.

Brierley is central for both the Cathedral city of Hereford with its Mappa Mundi Exhibition and Ludlow – the renowned 'foodie' haven – just 15 minutes away. There are some excellent pubs and restaurants in the surrounding areas.

The area is steeped in history and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Nearby are the book town of Hay-on-Wye, Ledbury, the Malvern Hills, local Cider producers, golf courses, several National Trust Properties, Horse racing courses and Offas Dyke to name but a few of the things to see and do during your stay.
