This single storey self-catering holiday apartment annexe is easily accessible via its own entrance on the right side of the main property through a wooden gate with a path to the left leading to the entrance lobby. It offers comfortable, non-smoking holiday accommodation for four guests.
A modern Norfolk holiday home the generous accommodation comprises a spacious open plan living area, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom.
The dining table is positioned in the beautiful bay window offering garden views. The sitting area has a colour TV and Freeview box, DVD, video player with good selection of videos, games and books.
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a combination boiler for hot water and central heating enabling guests to be self-contained throughout their holiday.
Two twin bedded rooms and a bathroom with full sized bath, WC & washbasin are also on the ground floor.
One well behaved dog is permitted in the living area.
An interconnecting door to The Studio is locked when the apartments are rented separately. Both the Studio and the Holiday Flat Annexe may be booked together or individually.
Local area
Orange House Heacham is close to a local supermarket, butcher, baker, pubs and restaurants. It is also near beaches, wildlife reserves, Norfolk Lavender, Pensthorpe, Kings Lynn and Hunstanton.
These Hunstanton holiday cottages make a great base for visiting The Wash and the North Norfolk coast. Hunstanton, a popular coastal resort 16 miles from King's Lynn and approx. 12 miles from Sandringham, boasts sand dune beaches frequented by seals, cliffs, a golf club, Leisure Centre and Victorian Old Town.
Nearby the famous Norfolk lavender fields attract hundreds of visitors annually. The centre of the industry is “Norfolk Lavender” where visitors may wander the world famous lavender gardens, see the Lavender Oil Distillery, National Lavender Collection and Herb Garden. This visitor attraction also offers landscaped Meadow Gardens, a Rare Breed Animal Centre, gift shops, a Farm Shop and a newly refurbished Restaurant.
Pensthorpe invites visitors to get close to nature and learn more about wildlife and conservation. Host of BBC Springwatch and Norfolk’s Best Visitor Attraction is one mile outside of the bustling market town of Fakenham. Wildlife, gardens, a popular daily 'flood lit feed', unique bird watching experience from the warmth and comfort of a Viewing Gallery, a gift shop and Courtyard Café.
Bird watchers will also appreciate Snettisham RSPB reserve and the nearby coastal marshes from Wells next the Sea along the North Norfolk coast to Sheringham.
Also close by are the upmarket town of Burnham Market, Kings Lynn and the Sandringham Estate, the Norfolk retreat of HM The Queen. The house, set in 24 hectares of stunning gardens, is perhaps the most famous stately home in Norfolk and is at the heart of the 8,000-hectare Sandringham Estate, 240 hectares of which make up the woodland and heath of the Country Park, open to the public free of charge every day of the year.

The entrance to The Studio is to the right side of the main house through the wooden gate following the path to the rear of the property - located behind the Annexe Holiday Apartment.
Step inside the light airy Studio to find a two storey holiday home which comfortably accommodates two. This modern non-smoking holiday accommodation for couples near the North Norfolk coast is ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers.
The Studio has everything you need to ensure a comfortable self-catering holiday. Spread over two floors the upper floor, accessible via a flight of stairs, comprises a double bedroom with king-size bed, and a generous sized bathroom with full sized bath, WC & washbasin.
Downstairs the open plan living area has a settee, TV, small dining table and chairs and a kitchen with microwave, electric hob and oven and a combination boiler for hot water and central heating.
The interconnecting door to The Annexe Holiday Apartment remains locked when the apartments are rented separately.

These holiday cottages with swimming pool near Hunstanton on the North Norfolk coast are modern, attractive, self-contained and private.
