Excellent facilities include a hard tennis court, a games room with snooker and table tennis, a children's play area with swings, climbing frame and slide, an open bay Dutch barn with Badminton court and facilities for croquet, pitch and putt. The real essence of the Cotswolds is the beautiful unspoilt villages, some of the best of which are on the doorstep. A first class choice of inns and restaurants within the locality make eating out easy. In a beautiful peaceful setting in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Flagstone Farm Barns enjoy easy access from all areas of the UK.
There are many beautiful walks in the immediate area and in addition to the numerous facilities on site, fly-fishing; golf; swimming and horse riding are all available near at hand. Stately homes such as Blenheim; Stanway house; Chastelton House; Seizencote and Snowshill Manor are near, as are some of England's loveliest gardens and arboretums – Batsford, Westonbirt, Hidcote, Kiftsgate and Sudeley.
For children local attractions include Birdland, The Model Village, Model Railway at Bourton on the Water; Cotswold Farm Park and Cotswold Wildlife Park; the steam railway at Toddington, Sleepy Hollow Farm Park and Broadway Tower and Country Park.
For adults who like antique hunting and paintings the Cotswolds are a veritable mecca - Stow on the Wold, Chipping Campden and Broadway being particularly worth a visit.
Although in a peaceful tranquil setting these large Gloucestershire holiday houses are only 80 minutes from London, and 40 minutes from Birmingham - ideal for reunions.
There is plenty to see and do in the area by car and on foot. Within 30 minutes drive are Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon, the Regency town of Cheltenham and Oxford. Slightly further afield are Warwick (40 minutes) with its magnificent castle and Bath (60 minutes). Within a 10 miles are Burford, Chipping Campden, Broadway, Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water and Moreton in Marsh.

All the cottages are fully carpeted with N.S.H. central heating and double glazing. Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided. Colour T.V. + DVD player. Cots and highchairs are available on request. The kitchens in every property have an oven, hob, microwave (all electric), auto washing machine/tumble dryer and dishwasher.
One well behaved dog (over 18 months) welcome. Short breaks are available all year. Weekend Breaks and weeks start on Friday. Mid week breaks also available.
