The house is equidistant to both Gatwick and Heathrow airports and close to central London. Broom Park is a comfortable luxury home which sleeps up to four people, plus a baby, and benefits from off-street parking to the front. On the ground floor is a newly fitted, very well equipped kitchen-breakfast room with French doors opening onto a York stone patio garden. There is a cloakroom with WC, as well as a washing machine and tumble-dryer which are housed in the internal garage. On the first floor the nicely furnished, spacious living room has comfortable seating and full-length double windows offering views over gardens down to the River Thames. There is a sunny single bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. The second floor has one elegantly furnished double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a single ensuite bedroom. Heating and lighting, linens and towels are all included in the price. Cleaning is available by arrangement. No smoking or pets allowed. |
