The 6 bedroom accommodation offers plenty of space with large living areas. The comfortable beds sleep 12 and additional guests may be accommodated on 2 double sofa-beds in the living room and dressing room. Luxury bedrooms include a four-poster bedroom with a delightful open fireplace and the Owl Room with ancient beams and an open fire.

The fully equipped laundry room is great for families. There are 3 limestone bathrooms, a mosaic wet room and outside the secluded garden includes an 8-seater hot tub. Wellisford Manor Barn provides luxury living in a truly beautiful Somerset holiday cottage.

Ideal for reunions, parties and get-togethers, the living room is over 80sqm.

The large kitchen, with under-floor heating, is ideal for cooking up a feast and the huge 16-seater dining table provides plenty of room for everybody to eat together.

The private walled courtyard garden is ideal for summer parties with a large gas barbeque and a garden table seating 16 ( with a squish!)

Corporate Events
Wellisford Manor Barn also hosts small corporate events, with approx 350sq metres of entertaining space. There is ample car parking, and in the summer the private walled garden can also be used, which is equipped with a garden table seating 16, a large gas barbeque and a large 8-seater hot tub.

Wellisford Manor Barn is located in a beautiful peaceful valley only 45 minutes from Bristol and 2 hours 30 minutes from London It's an ideal location for reunions and family gatherings in Somerset. Surrounded by wonderful unspoilt countryside - the Blackdown Hills, Quantocks and Exmoor, where wild ponies and deer can be frequently be seen.

This beautiful self-catering accommodation offers a perfect launch pad for country pursuits in Somerset, from horse riding & shooting holidays through to a relaxing break with your dogs.

There are many wonderful country pubs nearby. Many serve the excellent locally brewed beers. For lazy days try picnicking by the river and letting the children play in the shallow water hopping onto the little shingle islands, watching the wildlife and  breathing in the peace.

The property makes an ideal touring base for the many and varied attractions of South Somerset and North Devon. To the north are the sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde & Woolacombe offering surfing and other water sports. Watchet Marina, Minehead and the medieval village of Dunster, with its magnificent castle, are also nearby.

South is the beautiful Jurassic Coast, with all its many popular beauty spots and attractions, including Topsham, Branscombe, and Beer which have all proved popular with our visitors. Powderham Castle, Cothay Manor and the National Trust properties at Killerton, Barrington, and Knightshayes Court are also worth a visit.
