This stunning period Cotswold mill house is set in a delightful walled garden, complete with little stream, pond and a small orchard in the quiet village of Oakridge Lynch. The property has been painstakingly restored to offer luxury accommodation with period style.
There are eight bedrooms, each individually decorated and designed with contemporary and antique furnishings.
There are 4 ensuite bathrooms, a family bathroom and a cloakroom.
Two sitting rooms, one with a log burner, and a dining room, seating 30, provide ample living accommodation.
The kitchen/family room is well equipped. The generous grounds include garden furniture and barbeque equipment for the summer months.

It is a five minute uphill walk to the shop and the Butchers Arms pub. The Snuggery is within easy driving distance of Cirencester and Stroud and the other quiet and charming Cotswold villages.
Around Oakridge Lynch itself, there are many walks and other activities, including golf, gliding, horse riding and swimming nearby.

A double fronted detached character cottage on a footpath, in the village of Oakridge Lynch. Decorated with flair, retaining the spirit of its period origins: beams, inglenook fireplace, mullioned windows.
Open plan sitting room with comfortable seating around a large inglenook fireplace. The Shaker style kitchen has modern appliances including an electric oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. This leads to the conservatory/dining room, which comfortably seats 12 and faces onto a decked area and the garden.
The ground floor bedroom has zip link beds and an ensuite shower room, which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Spiral stairs lead to the first floor children’s bedroom with 2 zip link beds and a further single bed and a trundle, a double bedroom with zip and link beds which can be a king or 2 singles, a family shower room and the Master bedroom with zip and link beds that can be 2 singles or a king with en-suite bathroom leading from it.

Oakridge Lynch lies at the heart of the beautiful Five Valleys and is renowned for its maze of footpaths.
Major tourist attractions nearby include Oxford, Cheltenham, Cirencester, Gloucester and Tetbury, which are all within an easy drive. Bath is a comfortable day trip.
