Broom Park is a comfortable luxury home which sleeps up to four people, plus a baby, and benefits from off-street parking to the front.
Interior
On the ground floor is a newly fitted, very well equipped kitchen-breakfast room with French doors opening onto a York stone patio garden. There is a cloakroom with WC, as well as a washing machine and tumble-dryer which are housed in the internal garage.
On the first floor the nicely furnished, spacious living room has comfortable seating and full-length double windows offering views over gardens down to the River Thames. There is a sunny single bedroom with its own en-suite shower room.
The second floor has one elegantly furnished double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a single ensuite bedroom.
Heating and lighting, linens and towels are all included in the price. Cleaning is available by arrangement. No smoking or pets allowed.
Outside
The attractive York stone patio has café-style furniture and an open aspect across gardens. Parking space is at the front of the house.
Local area
Teddington has good local shops and High Street shopping. Nearby attractions include Kew Gardens, Hampton Court Palace, the River Thames, Teddington Lock, the Royal Parks, Richmond-upon-Thames and Wimbledon.
Central London and its many attractions are only 25 minutes away by frequent train services from Hampton Wick to Waterloo.
