Interior
Step into the spacious contemporary open plan living area displaying the spectacular views through 3 large patio windows. The cosy lounge area houses a comfortable large leather sofa, an ample single armchair, a 37" LED flat screen television and a Blue Ray DVD player. In the dining area is a dining table with 4 comfortable dining chairs.
The kitchen has an American fridge-freezer, dispensing cool water and ice, a microwave, induction hob, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and Ipod dock.
The attractive master bedroom is decorated in muted colours with a king-size double bed, full height window, dressing table, hairdryer and ample hanging space. All bedding is provided. The en-suite shower room has a 1.8m wide shower cubicle and shower, toilet and wash hand basin, heated towel rail, razor point and LED lit mirror.
Two comfy single beds in the twin bedroom would suit a couple, children or a single guest. The second bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and hair dryer. There is also a stylish bathroom.
Outside
There is ample parking for two cars and a shed to store bikes. Decking to the side and front allows plenty of space to dine outside or sit and enjoy the breathtaking fell views.
Mileydale Lodge is great for walking holidays, a relaxing short break with friends or a romantic break with a loved one.
Area
Located at the foot of Loughrigg Fell, Mileydale Lodge is surrounded by magnificent Lake District scenery of fields, fells, woodland and wildlife. Wake to the sound of bird song, breakfast on the terrace and savour the breathtaking views of Black Fell, Coniston Old Man and Wetherlam.
One of the joys of self catering in the Langdale Valley is the choice of good walks to be enjoyed from the door - beautiful level and hill walks start nearby, suitable for all abilities. Within 50m is the path onto Loughrigg Fell, where many peaks present spectacular views of Windermere, Grasmere, Elterwater and Ambleside. These villages can be reached on foot through the best of the Langdale Valley’s spectacular scenery. The stunning Loughrigg Tarn is just 10 minutes walk away.
