Saundersfoot Holiday Cottages: A Large self catering Luxury House in Pembrokeshire West Wales

The Admiral’s House was built from local natural stone in the late 19th century and retains the original vaulted ceilings. Contemporary décor, modern appliances and soft leather suites give it a smart penthouse feel. It is fully equipped to the highest standards with seven bedrooms and five bath/shower rooms. This luxury holiday home rental is ideal for family seaside holidays, special occasions, golf breaks and quality time.

Ground Floor
The spacious kitchen and dining area is a large open plan room. The modern fitted kitchen, of high specification, with ceramic tiled floor, contains a steel sink and drainer, integral microwave, oven and five ring gas hob and a range of fitted units. A large sash window offers views of the village, harbour and bay. The wooden floored dining area contains a handmade dining table to comfortably seat fourteen and a professional Garlando Bar Football Table. Other facilities include a TV, CD/Radio Cassette player and telephone.

The utility room includes a dishwasher, tumble drier/washing machine, toaster, sink, fridge and freezer.

Three of the seven bedrooms are also on this floor. These comprise bedroom 1 with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, bath/shower attachment, toilet and wash hand basin. A patio door exits to the front of the house. Bedroom 2 contains a king size double bed and bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds.

First Floor
The spacious gallery lounge, with imposing high white washed wooden ceiling, leather sofas, SKY digital TV, DVD player and Playstation, has two large sash windows, to enjoy views across the harbour towards Monkstone Point. Double doors lead out onto a private terrace, spacious enough for dining, with two large patio tables and chairs enjoying spectacular ocean views.

Four further bedrooms occupy this floor. Bedroom 4 has twin beds with sea views. Bedroom 5 contains a king size bed. Bedroom 6 is well appointed with twin beds and a Velux window to rear aspect. The en-suite bathroom houses a walk in shower, wash hand basin, bidet and toilet. Well appointed bedroom 7 has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, wash hand basin, bidet and toilet, and contains twin beds with a Velux window offering sea views.

The additional bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower, toilet and wash hand basin, and there is a shower room with walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

 Swimming pool
The private heated, indoor, power jet swimming pool has large windows providing spectacular views over the beach, Monkstone Point, Saundersfoot village and beyond. The pool is shared with guests of Admiral Mews and is open 09:00am to 8:00pm daily.

On arrival guests are welcomed with a bowl of fresh local fruit and bottles of bubbly to get the holiday off to the best of starts. Cot and baby chair provided.

Outside
The large terrace offers breathtaking panoramic sea views, al fresco dining and the chance for private relaxation at its best. There is ample private parking for up to five cars directly in front of the house.

Local area
Admiral’s House is located at the top of Wogan Terrace in a private enclave complemented by five mews properties. A short downhill walk brings guests into the centre of Saundersfoot. This small and popular Pembrokeshire fishing village and seaside resort boasts an award winning blue flag beach, traditional shops, pubs and restaurants, all just a short stroll from the house. In addition to the main beach the area boasts five further sandy beaches. Tenby is just a short drive away.
